Open the store app, type the customer's address and apartment, pick the package size. You see the price before you send.
A nearby rider takes it
The closest free bike messenger accepts. If a rider is already riding past you, the system adds your order to that trip.
Up to the door, tracked live
Watch the rider on the map. They bring it up to the apartment and send a photo when it is delivered.
Made for neighborhood stores
Hardware stores, pharmacies, florists, dry cleaners, bookstores, pet shops, print shops. If it fits in a bike bag or on a cargo bike, we carry it.

How fast is a delivery?
Most trips are under 2 miles, so a delivery usually takes 15 to 30 minutes from request to the door.
What can you deliver?
Anything that fits in a bike bag or on a cargo bike: prescriptions, tools and hardware, flowers, documents, dry cleaning, small boxes.
Do riders come up to the apartment?
Yes. Add the apartment number and buzzer in the notes. The rider brings it to the door and takes a photo.
Is there a contract or monthly fee?
No. You pay per delivery, and you can stop any time.
Can I track the rider?
Yes. You and your customer see the rider live on the map from pickup to the door.
